  • Will acquire stabilized properties as well as those that require extensive renovations, re-development and implementation of aggressive leasing and management programs.

Multifamily Apartment Buildings and Mixed Use Properties:

  • Property Type: Mid-Rise and Garden Style Apartments
  • Value-add multifamily/mixed use properties requiring extensive rehabilitation and/or suffers from mismanagement
  • Markets with strong demographics in addition to employment and population growth
  • Properties located within close proximity to hospitals, schools, universities and CBD’s
