Doug Kempner is a Managing Partner at Kempner Properties. Along with his brother Rob, he is responsible for sourcing and securing contracts for new acquisitions, as well as conducting market research and managing investor relations. Doug is also committed to building strong relationships with all partners and overseeing the day-to-day management of the office. Doug is involved in the company’s business development planning and identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio. Before joining Kempner Properties, Doug worked as a commercial retail leasing and investment sales broker with RHYS where he added value to the firm’s existing client base by securing long-term deals within the portfolio. Doug received his education from The University of Rhode Island and is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers.
