Rob Kempner is a Managing Partner at Kempner Properties. With an extensive background in retail leasing in New York City, gained through his experience working at JLL, Rob has brought a wealth of expertise to Kempner Properties Rob is also responsible for making strategic property-level decisions when it comes to significant capital events and creating value for the properties through deal-specific business plans. Along with his brother Doug, Rob is responsible for handling networking and building new relationships with partners, brokers, and lenders. Rob is deeply committed to building and preserving strong relationships with every partner, broker, and lender. Rob was awarded 30 under 30 rising real estate stars in 2017 and is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers. Rob received his education from the University of Rhode Island.
